• Carer Support Groups which enable connection, support and advice for all people in similar situations
• Carer Education to provide critical knowlege about dementia and associated caring strategies
• Home-based Dementia Support which provides home-based support, allowing the Carer much-needed respite and customised activity programmes for  the person with dementia
• Early Stages Activity Group to stimulate, motivate and support the person with dementia
• House Calls to introduce our Advisors and work with you to identify future needs
• Telephone Support is available 24 hours, 7 days a week for any type of advice or information you might be seeking.  

This level of support carries right through from diagnosis to residential care and beyond if required.  All our services are provided by a professional and dedicated team of experienced healthcare advisors.
